Let us first quickly set up Kodi so that it is ready to install third-party addons like Maverick TV. We are simply going to change one security setting. Here is what needs to be done:
#1. Click Settings option on the home-screen of Kodi. It is the gear icon you should be looking for on the top-right
#2. Go ahead and open the option System on Kodi 18 Leia or System settings on Kodi 17.6 Krypton
#3. Make sure you select Add-ons menu item on the left part of the window that opens next. You should see Unknown Sources on the right. This is the option you need to switch ON in case it is OFF. So, move the toggle to the ON position

Before you start streaming with Kodi Addons / Builds, I would like to warn you that everything you stream on Kodi is visible to your ISP and Government. This means, streaming copyrighted content (free movies, TV shows, Sports) might get you into legal trouble.
Kodi users are strongly advised to connect a VPN while streaming. A VPN for Kodi will bypass ISP throttling, Government Surveillance, and geo-restriction on popular Add-ons. I always connect IPVanish on all my streaming devices and I suggest you do the same.
