Secure your self and Turn on 2-Step Verification

 

Many of you have a youtube account and a google account. In a matter of fact these accounts now our life and security, While some still use Apple iCloud and other accounts, we still need to use the google account to log in to Youtube or Google Play store. These accounts that we use are all now combining to one account that can get you access to many features and some are rather personal and private, Getting an extra security doesn't mean that you spend and Arm and a leg but rather a comment sense on your part to protect your self.

Other accounts like the Apple iCloud have now introduced extra security such as the two-step verification, so why not Google users have that. Google Users seem to forget or rather ignore the option since Google doesn't force users like Apple have done to use the two-step verification.

Since most of the users come from my youtube channel, I recommend that every user to Turn on 2-Step Verification, We all need to be added security to our Google Account and YouTube channels. Setup 2-step verification on your Google and YouTube account to help keep the bad guys and bots out of your account. 2-factor Authentication or Two-Step Verification.

 

 

Set up 2-Step Verification

  1. Go to the 2-Step Verification page. You might have to sign in to your Google Account.
  2. Select Get started.
  3. Follow the step-by-step setup process.

Once you're finished, you'll be taken to the 2-Step Verification settings page. Review your settings and add multiple verification methods. The next time you sign in, you'll receive a text message with a verification code. You also have the option of using a Security Key for 2-Step Verification.

Note: To ensure that you can access your account in the future, add an email recovery option as well.
