How to Split Your Wi-Fi into 2.4GHz and 5GHz Bands in Ireland

Sky Ireland: Separating 2.4GHz and 5GHz Networks

Step 1: Access Sky Router

• Go to http://192.168.1.1.
• Username: admin
• Password: sky or password (see router sticker).

Step 2: Split Wi-Fi

• Navigate to Wi-Fi > Advanced.
• Disable “Smart Wi-Fi” and configure each band separately.
• Save and reboot.
