10Gbps Broadband and STILL Buffering? Here’s Why

Digi now sells 10Gbps broadband in the UK for £25 a month, yet your film can still freeze at the best bit. 😤 In this video I go through what actually causes buffering: your streaming box, your Wi-Fi, the service’s own servers, huge live events, peak time and throttling. Then I show you how to check it properly.

Quick facts: Netflix says 4K needs 15Mbps or more. Amazon’s own Ethernet Adapter for Fire TV tops out at 100Mbps. Ofcom found UK evening speeds are 98.7% to 99.7% of the daily average. A VPN is only useful here as a test, to see whether a legal service is being slowed down on its route. It doesn’t make unlicensed streams legal, and it won’t fix a struggling server.

This video is about legal streaming only. The “turbo anti-buffer box” in it is a made-up joke, and if anyone really sells you one, it’s a scam.
